Andrew and the team at Sloan Built are the real deal - I can't recommend them highly enough! They are well-connected, personable, reliable, trustworthy, and straight up just know their shi...stuff.

Not only does Andrew possess an impressive thoroughness, obvious wealth of experience, and impeccable attention to detail, his ability to communicate the complex nitty/gritty in a way that I (a very much not builder-type person) can grasp has been incredible, and really makes everything so much easier. I genuinely felt like Andrew had/made the time for us, no matter how many, or how probably silly, our questions were.

I'm looking forward to working with Sloan Built more in the future, and, as long as they save some room in the schedule for us, then I encourage everyone to engage them too!

We engaged Sloan Built to carry out an independent inspection of storm damage to support our insurance claim, and the results were outstanding. Andrew came fully equipped with advanced tools and conducted a thorough, professional assessment. The detailed report he provided gave us the leverage we needed to negotiate with our insurer, and it led to a $100,000 increase in our cash settlement! After our insurance company denied our claim, as they sent an incompetent assessor to assess the damage, Andrew did an inspection for us which supported our case. He was extremely professional, taking the time to document everything properly. He was also very helpful during the insurance review process by offering to explain to the insurance company why their assessor’s inspection was incorrect. He also took the time to write further information which AFCA requested during an external review process. He always showed up on time and took the time to listen to our needs. I would highly recommend him.
