Extension and renovation of a heritage Geelong West Miner's Cottage

Sloan Built completed a beautiful renovation and extension project of this heritage property in Geelong. The project included a complete renovation of the existing heritage footprint with a modern industrial-style extension to the rear.

The team was engaged to manage this project’s permits and design, through to completion.

For this miner's cottage, while there was a particular focus on the heritage restoration of existing elements, the intent of the industrial-style open living and the kitchen and dining area extension was to complement the original look and feel.
