Andrew worked with Hutchinson Builders as part of the project management team for the construction of the Footscray City Primary School gym. The building features a contemporary design and houses a full-size indoor court with hardwood flooring, a large kitchen, multipurpose halls, and more.

Responsibilities included:

Engagement and management of all trades
Procurement of all materials
Liaising with consultants - building surveyors, architects, and engineers
Formation, execution, and management of head contract and all sub-contracts
Management of project budget, timeline, and quality
Management of all authorities - council, utilities, and emergency services
